What do the Workshops entail?

A full list of our programs can be found on our Workshop page. You can expect the following on the day:


Your facilitator will arrive in traditional Samoan attire approximately 15-25 minutes before the session start time to set up.


We bring all equipment needed for the program, including microphone and speakers.


Each program will have different requirements, these can be assessed according to your needs and the venue.


We have set programs in place which cover specific areas in the curriculum. If there is an area you would like us to include we can work together to make it work.


A standard session duration is 45 minutes. 

How do Measina Workshops work?

Our incursion programs run for 45 minutes. Our programs include a wide range of activities and educational components that deepen your student's knowledge of Samoa and its culture.

Which age groups are suited to Measina programs?

Our programs are customised to our audience. This means that we can teach the same subject to preschool students all the way to secondary school and corporate.

What are the costs and how do I make a booking?

A deposit of 30% is made to secure your booking. An invoice will be sent to you after the incursion for the remaining balance. We allow 28 days for payment upon receipt of invoice.

What qualifications do your staff have?

Our fulltime staff have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Arts majoring in Pacific Island Studies
  • Master of International and Community Development
  • Over 5 years of experience in education
  • Working with Children's Check
  • Public Liability Insurance

How many children can take part each day?

A maximum of 180 students in one day. There is a maximum of 35 students in each session.
