Refunds and Returns Policy

At Measina, we’re happy to help customers who wish to return or exchange goods purchased from our stores.

If you purchased an item from Measina and it’s not of acceptable quality or doesn’t match the description, you can return it. Just bring it back with proof of purchase and we’ll repair it or exchange it or give you a refund for your purchase using your original payment method. Our policy provides you with additional benefits to those under Australian Consumer Law.


Playgroup, Workshops and Incursions:

Cancellation Policy for Playgroup, Workshops and Incursions
Measina Treasures of Samoa reserves the right to refuse/cancel a registration or event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the registration or event nonviable. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of a registration or event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer the registration to the same course at the new future date.


Refund Policy for Playgroup, Workshops and Incursions

All refund requests need to be received in writing.  If the notice is received 8 weeks or more prior to the workshop, a 10% administrative processing fee is deducted, the remainder to be refunded in full.

If the notice is received up to 8 weeks prior to the workshop, 75% remainder shall be refunded.

A proxy or substitute participant is allowed to attend the workshop, with prior intimation, at no additional cost.

We have a strict NO-REFUND policy for cancellations –

  • 21 days preceding the playgroup/ workshop/ incursion.
  • After commencement of the playgroup/ workshop/ incursion.
  • In case of a No show.
  • Abandon during playgroup/ workshop/ incursion

Digital Products:

We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download we generally offer no refunds.

If you change your mind about your purchase and you have not downloaded our product, we will happily issue you a refund upon your request.

Refund requests made after you have downloaded our product are handled on a case by case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. Refund requests, if any, must be made within twenty eight (28) days of your original purchase.

Physical Products:

We offer a refund or exchange if you change your mind within 28 days of purchase or delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and in new condition suitable for resale. Manuals, packaging and accessories must accompany electrical and electronic products.

If you can present proof of purchase, we’ll give you a refund using your original payment method.

If you can’t present proof that the goods were purchased from Measina, we won’t be able to give you a refund or exchange.

If you have proof of purchase but it is outside the 28 days of purchase or delivery, we can give you an exchange coupon at the current price of that product.

All refund rights under both State and Commonwealth law apply.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure. If the failure is minor, we reserve our right to offer to repair only. We reserve the right to not offer a refund or an exchange coupon.

For products purchased online, you can either return or exchange the products at your expense.

You can return items that you have purchased from Measina back to us via the post.  Note: If you have changed your mind or require an exchange, goods must be returned within 28 days from delivery. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full terms and conditions.

Returns via the post

To return an item that you have purchased from Measina back to us via the post email for the address to send the item to be returned to.

We also reserve the right to charge you for any postage costs incurred for returns, should a refund or exchange be declined or if you’ve changed your mind. If you've requested an exchange of a product that you’ve purchased online, we’ll do our best to fulfil your request, however please note that this is subject to stock availability.
